2) Drew Courtney, Vice President for Communications and Research with People for the American Way, discusses the policy issues, and known judicial record which caused a broad coalition of progressive groups nationwide to oppose President Trump's Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

3) Paul Kawika Martin, Senior Director for Policy & Political Affairs with Peace Action, talks about the effort by some members of Congress to invoke the War Powers Act to end U.S. involvement in the Saudi/UAE-led war in Yemen, where multiple war crimes have been committed.

4) Singer, songwriter, peace and social justice activist David Rovics talks about his new podcast project, a 5-minute weekly musical commentary on history and current events. He'll also discuss the state of the world through his perspective as an artist and the more than 200 topical songs he's written through his career.
