1) Jules Lobel, professor of international and constitutional law at the University of Pittsburgh's School of Law and vice president of the Center for Constitutional Rights, explains his group's law suit challenging Congress’s unconstitutional defunding of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN). The suit alleges members of Congress violated the Constitution by declaring an organization guilty of a crime and punishing it and its members without benefit of a trial.

2) Marjorie Cohn, immediate past president of the National Lawyers Guild and a professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, discusses the decision by Obama administration Attorney General Eric Holder to try Khalid Shaikh Mohammed accused mastermind of the 9/11 attacks, and four other terrorism suspects in a New York City federal court.

3) James Douglass, author of the book, "JFK and the Unspeakable: Why He Died & Why It Matters," talks about the policy decisions made by President Kennedy re: nuclear disarmament, Cuba and Vietnam that may have motivated the men who plotted his assassination 46 years ago on November 22, 1963.

4) Paul Bass, editor of the New Haven Independent, assesses Connecticut Governor Jody Rell's announcement that she would not run for re-election, the race for Chris Dodd's Senate seat and the backlash against Senator Joe Lieberman's threat to join Republicans in a fillibuster to blockhealth care reform legislation with a public option.
