This month will feature Adam Levy. The former Bay Area jazz musician has been writing tunes of his own, mostly in a bluesy folk vein, and he sings 11 of them on his own album "Washing Day". Levy is also known for tailoring imaginative and elegant guitar solos to fit almost any tune, beginning with Tracy Chapman's "Give Me One Reason" and more recently on Norah Jones' three CDs. He will be performing live and guest djing his musical influences.
The Personal Portrait/Interview will feature 'religious poet' Samuel Menasche the first Recipient of the "Neglected Masters Award" in 2004 established by the Poetry Foundation.
