1) Dr. Andrew Coates of Albany Medical College and a national board member of Physicians for a National Health Program, assesses the legislative path forward for health care reform after the lack of progress seen at last week's Congressional health care summit organized by President Obama.

2) David Cole, professor of Law at Georgetown University and author of "The Torture Memos: Rationalizing the Unthinkable," talks about the Justice Department's investigation into misconduct by Bush administration
lawyers that authorized the use of torture on U.S.-held prisoners. He also comments on the what's at stake in the Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project case now before the Supreme Court.

3) Mark Weisbrot, co director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research assesses the importance of a new regional organization comprised of Latin Amerian and Caribbean nations, which includes Cuba and excludes the U.S. and Canada, which could become an important alternative to the Washington dominated Organization of American States.

4) Dan Piper of the peace coaltion New England United discusses plans being made for the March 20th anti-war demonstration in Washington, D.C. that is demanding the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of all U.S. and NATO forces from Afghanistan and Iraq.
