INSOMNIA's formatted with a  first hour of  Vintage Reggae, Ska and Rock Steady from the 60's and 70's.  Anything  is possible thereafter -- World, Jazz, Blues, R&B, Country, Conscious and Dancehall Reggae, Social Comentaries, Soca, Pan, Spoken Word and Interviews- basically anything worth listening. The show usually ends with a   "REV-ED UP"  wake up hour.
