Jo Williamson lived on a boat docked on the Jersey side of the Hudson and made a music cd called 'Wake on the Hudson' in 2007.  Simultaneously, her sister in law studied dentistry at Stonybrook University in Long Island and worked on the teeth of a free spirited music lover named Kevin Ross who also lived on a boat and volunteered for a free forum radio station called WPKN. Two years later after cohosting with Bob Johnson for over  a year on his "Second Saturday Magazine"  Jo finds herself hosting her own show "By Associations"
