This, for stations with a budget exceeding $1M, which is a whole 'nuther ball of wax, and as it concerns Listener Supported Stations such as WPKN Bridgeport, being a non profit with a budget sittin' around $330k, we pay a flat fee yearly and this does not have an impact on us.
