Episode: What's Your Point? with Garnett Ankle
The Native Americans are the First People of the United States, yet they are forced to live on reservations on their own land. The Indigenous People seem to be the unseen, and uncared for citizens on their own land. Politicians forget Native People, and the wider society do not remember the Indigenous people are still here. There is one person who do not forget his own people, and he is Tiokasin Ghosthorse. A member of the Cheyenne River Lakota Nation of South Dakota, Tiokasin is a multi-talented and multi-faceted human being who cares about his people and their many challenges.
Please listen this conversation as Tiokasin Ghosthorse fields questions from host of the show, Garnett Ankle.
You may also listen this conversation in the WPKN podcast. After two week after this show was brodcast it will only be available in the WPKN podcast.
Thank you.
