1) NAACP National Field Director, Carmen Watkins, discusses "America's Journey for Justice" march from Selma, Alabama to Washington, D.C., that is mobilizing citizens around the issues of reforming the U.S. criminal justice system, voting rights, living wage jobs and equality in education.

2) Gar Smith, of the group Environmentalists Against War, former editor of the award-winning Earth Island Journal and current editor of the weekly online ecozine The Edge, delivers a talk titled, "Robots, Nature and the Singularity," recorded at The International Forum on Globalization's "Teach-In: Techno-Utopianism and the Fate of the Earth" recorded on Oct. 25th, 2014 at Cooper Union in New York City.

3) Mark Klein, an AT&T technician who in 2006 blew the whistle on AT&T's cooperation with the NSA, and author of the book, "Wiring Up The Big Brother Machine...And Fighting It," discusses documents recently released by Edward Snowden and articles detailing telecom giant AT&T's partnership with the NSA in facilitating warrantless surveillance of American's Internet communication.

4) Tom Swan, executive director of the Connecticut Citizen Action Group (CCAG), talks about the proposed 'Low Wage Employer Fee,' that would impose a penalty on big businesses with 500 or more employees, who pay their employees less than $15 an hour, in order to hold corporations accountable to reimburse taxpayers for publicly funded social safety net programs.
