Episode: Counterpoint host Scott Harris discusses the 5th anniversary of the Fukushima nuclear disaster; the free trade issue in the 2016 primary election; Concerns re: manipulation of ballots in the 2016 election & Radioactive leak at Indian Point nuclear plant

1) Tim Judson, Executive Director with the group, Nuclear Information and Resource Service (NIRS), will assess the status of the Fukushima nuclear cleanup operation in Japan on the fifth anniversary of the earthquake and tsunami which triggered the disaster on March 11, 2011. He'll also discuss the post-Fukushima condition of the nuclear power industry here in the U.S. and around the world.

2) Melinda St. Louis, International Campaigns Director with Public Citizen's Global Trade Watch, examines the debate on free trade issues in the Democratic and Republican party primary campaigns, how important this issue is likely to be in this fall's general election and the ongoing campaign to defeat the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership free trade agreement.

3) Harvey Wasserman, a life-long activist and author who speaks, writes and organizes on energy, the environment, history and election protection issues, discusses his recent article co-written with Bob Fitrakis titled, "We Need the 'Ohio Plan' to Stop the 'Strip & Flip' of American Elections." He'll also touch on the status of Japan's Fukushima nuclear disaster.

4) Manna Jo Greene, Environmental Director with the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, talks about recent testing which revealed a spike in the amount of radioactive tritium being discharged from the Indian point nuclear plant in Buchanan, New York into the groundwater near the Hudson River; the seven major malfunctions that occurred at the plant in 2015; the status of Indian Point's NRC re-licensing process -- and the guilty plea entered by the "Indian Point 11" for their direct action protest against Indian Point in December.
