1) Medea Benjamin, co-founder of the women-led peace group CODEPINK, and the human rights group Global Exchange, she is the author of many books, her latest is titled, "Kingdom of the Unjust: Behind the U.S.-Saudi Connection." An advocate for social justice for more than 40 years, Benjamin discusses the future of the growing resistance movement to Donald Trump, the important role of women in this new movement -- and assesses the Democratic Party's response to the mass mobilization.

2) Center for Constitutional Rights Senior Staff Attorney Pardiss Kebriaei examines Trump administration policy and executive orders re: the ban on immigration of citizens from 7 majority Muslim nations into the U.S., a draft executive order that would freeze the release of prisoners from the Guantanamo detention center, discussion of the re-opening of CIA covert "black" prison sites -- and Trump's advocacy for the renewed use of torture.

3) Mara Verheyden-Hilliard, Executive Director of the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund, talks about the Washington, D.C. Police Dept.'s mass arrest of more than 200 people, including journalists and National Lawyers Guild legal observers, during Inauguration Day protests on January 20th, as well as her group's concerns re: Trump administration policy on civil liberties issues.

4) Ciro Gutierrez, a Hartford janitor, formerly a government economist in Peru before he left due to political unrest there, now a member of the 32BJ SEIU union and Alberto Bernardez, assistant supervisor with SEIU's Local 32BJ union. They'll discuss the massive opposition to President Trump's executive orders banning entry to the US by citizens of seven (7) majority Muslim nations in the Middle East and Africa- and Connecticut's labor-community alliance organizing a defiant response locally in the state.
