Amplifier Heads, Butcher, Baglio Estes, the Stompers, & the Peppermint Kicks are just a few bands Sal Baglio puts out there, and has for some 30yrs +. DJ on Syrius, collaborative writer with Tom Hambridge (another Boston native), and backing him up with the Rattlesnakes later on in August in Atlantic City on the Beach, are just a few things this AmpHead gets involved in. Even I did not know there was another connection, as I say Sal's band the Stompers in and around Fenway in the early 80's. I did not make the connection til I ran across the Stompers' record in the WPKN Archives to todays' Amplifier Heads record recommended by our own Howard Thompson to me. bam ! that's how it rolls on 'in Transition' and you all get the benefit of history in the making for this garage rocker.
