My guests on this episode of Digging in the Dirt are a Husband and wife team David R. Montgomery and Anne Bikle, who have written a new book about Microbes and their potential to revolutionize Agriculture and human health, IT’s called the "Hidden Half of Nature - The Microbial roots of life and health.
David is a MacArthur Fellow, an Author and Geomorphologist and (get this) has a side gig playing guitar and singing in the folk rock band called “Big Dirt", Davis has written a couple of other books entitled “Dirt - The erosion of Civilizations". and another called "The rocks don’t lie". Anne has a Masters in Environmental Planning and is a noted public speaker.
