Episode: Binnie Klein - A Miniature World April 15, 2019 Two Miles from Bethel

So here's the music: Lana del Rey, Jenny Hvaal, Aurora, Tim Buckley, Weyes Blood, Kiasmos, Leftfield, Nicolas Jaar & Soul Keita, TALK, EMF, The Velvet Teen, Dances with Wolves, Neroche, Tin Hat, Father John Misty, Stephen Mallinder, AUDIO ESSAY BY BK: "Two Miles from Bethel," in honor of the 50th anniversary of Woodstock, Mary McCaslin, Brian Eno, Tim Buckley, Flick, Fever Ray, Paul DeMarinis...Thanks for inspiration on Aurora and Father John Misty go to New Haven composer/performer Istvan B'Racz.

So Lana del Rey did her protest song: "Looking for America," which I played at the beginning of the show. Mine came in the form of a dream. I'm attempting to play pool in an old poolhall, dusty and decrepit. I try to rack up the balls, but there are never enough - maybe 4 or 5 - and at one point one of them is an oddly-shaped egg. I try to rack them anyway. The poolhall owner laughs at me. I pick up the cue and say aloud: "This stick's crooked!!!!"

Bye. Peace. See/hear in two weeks for another episode of "A Miniature World."
