 This being Black History Month, and Black Music Month, on this episode of the show, host Garnett Ankle features two great Black American men. Listen as Garnett narrates the life and time of freed slave, abolitionist, and statesman Frederick Douglass. Douglass was a remarkable man who spoke with United States President, Abraham Lincoln about the plight of Black people and the need to abolish slavery.
Booker T. Washington, another great American Black man who was born a slave and went on to establish his own university.
