Host Garnett Ankle returns to live radio today after twenty months. His last recorded talk show was on Independence Day, Sunday, July 4, after which he took some personal time away.
Today's show is dedicated to the memory of a friend and colleague, Mikki Barnes, host of Mikki's Room which continues to air by other hosts at its usual time of 10PM Eastern every Saturday for four hours. Mikki recently passed away after illness.
On the show today, Garnett opens the phone line and takes calls. Today, there is no special topic. The caller may talk about anything on their mind. Garnett speaks on the state of affairs in the United States. The nation is becoming anti-democratic, and more racist, with the Republican Party leading the charge.
