Contra Banter is something I came up with, which celebrates words/phrases hated or adored. This is an audience participation segment in which we have instudio guests(in this case Two roads' Laura Markis, Musician James Mauri, Retired Entrapeneur Kelly Boland, Empressario Davey Love, and music guy Robert Tangel) We look at some of the most hated or loved words or phrases, overused or little spoken, and they're origins. We took 15 calls or so fr our listening audience in a 1/2 hr. Not bad. The results will be that there is an endless stream of 'isms'. Stay tuned for more in the future.
