Counterpoint, hosted by Scott Harris, is heard every Monday night on WPKN 89.5 FM, Bridgeport, CT between 8:00 - 10:00 pm ET. Webstreaming and audio archive at http://wpkn.org

1) Lisa Graves, founder, Executive Director and Editor-in-Chief at True North Research, talks about her recent article, "Dark Money for Supreme Court Briefs Tied to Former Federalist Society Leader," her previous research on this issue, and Sen. Whitehouse's presentation on this topic during Trump nominee Amy Coney Barrett's Senate confirmation hearing.

2) Bandy X. Lee, M.D., Assistant Clinical Professor in Law and Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine, discusses her concerns about President Trump's mental health in the weeks before the election, and if he should lose -- the time period between the election and the inauguration of the new president. I'm also interested in what the country should prepare for re: the response of Trump's supporters to election results, many of whom have discussed taking up arms to defend the president.

3) Jean Reith Schroedel, ThorntonF. Bradshaw Professor of Public Policy at Claremont Graduate University talks about her new book, "Voting in Indian Country: The View from the Trenches," that covers government attempts to marginalize Native voters and the importance of Native voting to the larger American experiment.

4) Carlos Moreno, Deputy State Director of the Connecticut Working Families Party talks about his group's endorsement of candidates across the state, the Party's role in the November 3rd election nationally -- and the work they'll be doing on a host of important issues after election day.

5) Ted Glick a progressive social change movement activist for more than 50 years and author of “Burglar for Peace: Lessons Learned in the Catholic Left’s Resistance to the Vietnam War,” talks about his current month-long "Fast to Defeat Donald Trump" in the presidential election. Consuming only water, salt, potassium and Vitamin C, Ted will be continuing his fast until Nov. 3rd.
