1) Alejandro Mendoza a fast food worker and Kevin Burgos a member of the National Organizing Committee of the national group "Fight For $15," talk about their ongoing campaign to move the country toward establishing a $15 minimum wage. They'll discuss their recent victory in California and prospects for a win in New York state, as well as organizing nationwide for the movement's global strike and protest scheduled for April 14th.

2) Journalist Ted Snider discusses his recent article, "A 'Silent Coup' for Brazil?" and the current political crisis and economic downturn in South America's most powerful nation, where Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff is facing impeachment over corruption allegations, resulting from investigations that have implicated politicians from most of the nation's political parties.

3) Clive Hamilton, author and Professor of Public Ethics at the Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics at the University of Melbourne, Australia, delivers a speech titled, "Playing God with the Climate, Geo-Engineering-New Skies" at the Techno-Utopianism and the Fate of the Earth conference recorded in NYC 10-25-14,

4) Matt O'Connnor, communications coordinator with the Connecticut chapter of the American Federation of Teachers and Larry Dorman, public affairs coordinator with AFSCME Council 4 discuss Governor Malloy's threatened layoff of up to 2,000 state employees, the union's response -- and alternatives available to state government to raise additional revenue and avert deep cuts to state social programs.
