Chuck Israels was my guest this day. "Chuck is a composer, arranger, and bassist who is best known for his work with the Bill Evans Trio. Over his 79 year old life, Chuck has also worked with Billie Holiday, Benny Goodman, Coleman Hawkins, Stan Getz, Herbie Hancock, J. J. Johnson, John Coltrane, Judy Collins and many others. Chuck has a new album out and it’s called “Garden of Delights.” That's what we listened too as we talked about the new album, the future of Jazz and reminisced about various musicians and vocalists' Chuck has met along the way
