3) Angelo Guisado, Staff Attorney with the Center for Constitutional Rights, one of the groups challenging the Trump administration's asylum ban in federal court, which denies asylum to anyone at the southern U.S. - Mexico border who had transited through a third country en route to the U.S.

4) Robert Dunham executive director of the Death Penalty Information Center will discuss the recent Department of Justice announcement that it intends to adopt a new federal execution protocol using a single execution drug and has issued death warrants setting execution dates for five federal death-row prisoners.
