Accomplished and free wheeling creative bass player Chris Wood joins 'in Transition' for the first time before the tour begins thru the end of the year. Chris has been the creative  force first, as co-founder of Medeski, Martin and Wood but also with his brother Oliver and Jano Rix in the Wood Brothers.
