2) Fred Clarkson, Senior Research Analyst with Political Research Associates, and author of, "Eternal Hostility: The Struggle Between Theocracy and Democracy," discusses his views on the recent Alabama Supreme Court ruling that frozen embryos can be considered children under state law, its reverberations across the U.S., and in our politics -- as well as the issues covered in his Salon.com article, "Unfriending" America: The Christian right is coming for the enemies of God — like you and me."

3) Thomas G. Moukawsher, a former Connecticut complex litigation judge, former co-chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Employee Benefits and author of the book, "The Common Flaw: Needless Complexity in the Courts and 50 Ways to Reduce It," discusses the rule of law and election issues covered in his recent Salon.com piece, "With Jan. 6 case, the Supreme Court could take America down the dark road to dictatorship."

4) Dr. James J. Zogby, Co-Founder and President of the Arab American Institute discusses the ongoing Israeli assault and carnage in Gaza, what more can be done to force an immediate humanitarian ceasefire, and the campaign in Michigan that garnered over 100,000 votes cast for "Uncommitted" in the state's Democratic Primary, that sent a message of disapproval to President Biden for his support of Israel's brutal collective punishment of Palestinians in Gaza.
