Episode: Connections: Bob Dylan 77th Birthday Special

May 24, 2018 episode of Connections on WPKN with Eric Cocks. It's a two hour celebration of Bob's 77th Birthday, his work, who he is and what Bob means to listeners now and in the future.

There's a wide variety of music from rarities to outtakes to live performances to obscure basement tapes with The Band to modern versions of old material. Includes brilliant remixes by Steve Addabbo and a couple of covers.

It's also a low key fundraiser for the station. You can still donate online at wpkn.org or call the station at 203-331-9756 during business hours.

The two hours went fast! And with another show the next day, I was able to get to many more rarities, live performances and alternate versions, along with new and vintage music in the May 25, 2018 episode of Connections: Bob Dylan plus new and vintage music.

It's in archives at:

Thanks to my friend and WPKN dj Pete Stewart for joining me on this show, and thanks to every listener!

Most of all, great thanks to Bob Dylan for sharing music, art, writings and incredible talent in so many areas!
