1) Norman Solomon, co-founder of RootsAction.org, founding director of the Institute for Public Accuracy and author of a dozen books including, War Made Easy: How Presidents and Pundits Keep Spinning Us to Death. He discusses his views on navigating the next 4 years under the incoming Trump regime and the role of progressive activists explored in his recent article, "For the Trump Era: Fight Not Flight."
2) Drew Courtney, Communications Director with People for the American Way, discusses his group's views on President-elect Trump's pledge to ban the immigration of Muslims to the US, and establish a Muslim registry. He'll also talk about the role PFAW will play combating the most dangerous elements in the Trump agenda.
3) Chuck Collins, a senior scholar at the Institute for Policy Studies where he co-edits Inequality.org, talks about the 2016 election results and his newest book, "Born on Third Base: A One Percenter Makes the Case for Tackling Inequality, Bringing Wealth Home, and Committing to the Common Good.”
4) Greg Palast, an investigative reporter and award winning author talks about his new documentary film, "The Best Democracy Money Can Buy: A Tale of Billionaires and Ballot Bandits," based on his New York Times bestselling books. He'll report on his investigation into the Crosscheck GOP voter purge as it relates to the 2016 election results in key states, as well as the role of right wing extremist Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, someone who's name has been mentioned as a possible Trump Attorney General.
