1) Matt Rothschild, Executive Director of the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign and former editor and publisher of The Progressive magazine, discusses the issues progressive candidates focused on in the midterm campaign, what the nation can expect from Democrats if they win control of either the House and/or Senate, the current strength of left movements -- and concerns about the next 2 years under the Trump presidency. He'll also talk about the issues in the Wisconsin governor's election, Republican incumbent Scott Walker vs. Democrat Tony Evers.

2) Sayu Bhojwani, founder and president of New American Leaders, the only national organization focused on preparing immigrant leaders to run for public office, talks about her new book, "People Like Us: The New Wave of Candidates Knocking at Democracy’s Door," An enthusiastic, optimistic update on how immigrant Americans are changing the political landscape, promoting reform, and providing an all-encompassing voice for our multiracial country.”

3) Jeff Hauser, Executive Director of the Revolving Door Project talks about his recent article, "Dems Can Use Subpoena Power to Reclaim the Mantle of Populism," an exploration of the potential of a Democratic Party majority in the House of Representatives which can provide oversight of President Trump's policies, investigate administration corruption scandals and lay the groundwork for proposing new progressive legislation in the areas of healthcare, economic inequality, voter suppression and lots more.

4) Isabel Garcia, co-chair of the Coalición de Derechos Humanos and longtime attorney and human rights activist in Tuscon, Arizona, discusses President Trump's fear mongering over the migrant caravan traveling north in Mexico, and his decision to deploy US troops to the border. She'll also examine what's at stake in the current trial of US Border Patrol Officer Lonnie Swartz who shot and killed 16-year old Jose Antonio Elena Rodriguez on October 10, 2012 by firing through the border wall in Nogales, Arizona.
