4) Norman Solomon, co-founder of RootsAction.org talks about the Investing in Cures Before Missiles (ICBM) Act, proposed legislation to stop development of the Pentagon’s new $93-96 billion intercontinental ballistic missile and redirects savings this fiscal year towards development of a universal coronavirus vaccine.
