4) Mariyann Soulemane talks about the indictment of CT State Trooper Brian North who has been charged with first-degree manslaughter for the January 2020 shooting death of her 19-year old brother Mubarak who was killed at the end of a high speed chase on I-95 while driving a stolen vehicle.
