1) Beau Grosscup, author of several books on terrorism including, "The Newest Explosions of Terrorism, and most recently, "Strategic Terror: The Politics and Ethics of Aerial Bombardment." He discusses the role of U.S. allies Saudi Arabia and other Gulf monarchies in supporting ISIS as well as funding and promoting their extremist Wahhabi islamist theology worldwide. He'll also identify alternative U.S. policies that could succeed in diminishing the growth of extremist terrorist groups and the cycles of vengeance and violence.

2) Phyllis Bennis,Director of the New Internationalism Project at the Institute for Policy Studies and author of the just published book, "Understanding ISIS & the New Global War on Terror: A Primer," talks about her recent article, "After the Paris Attacks, a Call for Justice - Not Vengeance."

3) Nate Cardozo, staff attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation talks about the post-Paris attack debate in the U.S. on government warrantless surveillance, with many conservative politicians calling for the rollback of reforms strengthening privacy rights passed by Congress last Spring.

4) Nick Nyhart, President and CEO of Every Voice Center, reviews recent election results in Maine and Seattle re: support for publicly funded electoral systems. He'll also discuss a recent proposal in Connecticut, now withdrawn, that would have ended the publicly financed Citizens' Election Program in the state.
