4) Paul Kirchberg, Executive Director of Connecticut NORML, (The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws,) talks about the work his group is doing now in support of legalizing recreational marijuana sales and use in the state of Connecticut, in the context of other successful state legalization efforts across the U.S.
