2) Marjorie Cohn, professor emerita at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, past president of the National Lawyers Guild and author, examines the Trump regime and Republican Party's continuing effort to overturn the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, and both the short and long term threat to democracy posed by Trump and the GOP, which apparently have withdrawn support for the U.S. Constitution's framework governing democratic elections.
3) Rob Ritchie, President and CEO with FAIR Vote talks about his group's work across the country advocating for the adoption of "Ranked Choice Voting," with a focus on recent progress made in the states of Maine, Alaska and other state and local primary elections.
4) Megan Fountain, an organizer with Unidad Latina en Acción, discusses the recent 'Occupy Yale' caravan protest action, and ongoing campaign that's demanding Yale University pay its fair share of taxes to the City of New Haven.
