1) Josh Ruebner, Adjunct Lecturer of Justice and Peace Studies at Georgetown University and author of Shattered Hopes: Obama's Failure to Broker Israeli-Palestinian Peace, examines the current violence and loss of life in Israel/Palestine, and the Biden administration's response to the crisis. He'll also talk about the important points raised in his recent article, "Bringing Assistance to Israel in Line With Rights and U.S. Laws."

2) Mario Murillo, Vice Dean, Professor at the Lawrence Herbert School of Communication at Hofstra University and author of "Colombia and the United States : War, Unrest, and Destabilization," discusses the current massive, nationwide protests and police violence in Colombia, with a focus on the issues raised in his recent Action Network Post, "Stop Human Rights Violations in Colombia and Demand the Application of the Leahy Law."

3) Lewis M. Steel worked as a lawyer with the NAACP and is now Senior Counsel with Outten & Golden LLP where he represents clients on a range of class action cases involving sexual and racial discrimination. Steele, author of "The Butler's Child: White Privilege, Race, and a Lawyer's Life in Civil Rights," discusses the de-evolution of the Republican Party into an authoritarian personality cult loyal to Donald Trump - and issues raised in his recent article, "The Right Wing Has Always Been Pro-'Cancel Culture,'"

4) Steve di Costanzo, General Manager of WPKN Radio and host of the weekly music program, "Radio Base Camp," that airs Tuesdays from 7:00 – 9:00 a.m., updates listeners on WPKN's move to new studios in downtown Bridgeport this summer, progress made, exciting opportunities the station will have at our new location adjacent to the Bijou Theater, challenges ahead for the station -- and how listeners can help.
