1) Jennifer Taub, Professor of Law at Vermont Law School, author of, "Other People’s Houses: How Decades of Bailouts, Captive Regulators, and Toxic Bankers Made Home Mortgages a Thrilling Business," and co-author of, "Corporate and White Collar Crime, Cases and Materials." Professor Taub, a board member of Free Speech For People, discusses her group's work advocating for a credible, fair, and just impeachment trial in the U.S. Senate, as well as issues related to impeachment and the 2020 election.

2) Melinda St. Louis, Director of Public Citizen’s Medicare for All Campaign. talks about the recent Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals' ruling finding that the individual mandate of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is unconstitutional -- and the consequences for millions of Americans if Obama Care is weakened or terminated.

3) Alex Lawson, Executive Director of the group Social Security Works, examines the Trump administration's recent proposal to require millions of Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) beneficiaries to "re-prove" their eligibility to receive benefits as often as every six months. He'll re-visit the history the Reagan administration making similar Social Security program policy changes in the 1980s and the negative consequences for many.

4) Megan Fountain, an organizer with Unidad Latina en Acción talks about the group's current campaign calling on state judicial branch officials to bar U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement agents from Connecticut’s courthouses.The demand was renewed after ICE agents attempted to arrest a woman at Superior Court in Milford and demanded identification from a second woman. Megan will also talk about the group's ongoing effort to free Wilbur Cross High School New Haven student Mario Aguilar who was detained by ICE in September.
