1) Ibraham Qatabi, a legal worker with the Center for Constitutional Rights, where he helps coordinate a large network of pro bono counsel representing Guantánamo detainees and assists with attorney-client meetings at the prison discusses the recent Supreme Court ruling on President Trump's "Muslim Ban," and the consequences for future U.S. human rights, immigration and travel policies.

2) Elliot Mincberg, Senior Fellow with the group People For The American Way, considers Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy's decision to retire, and the coming high-stakes Senate debate and vote on confirming a successor, which will have a dramatic impact U.S. law and values for a generation to come.

3) Bill Fletcher Jr. is the former president of TransAfrica Forum; a Senior Scholar with the Institute for Policy Studies; an editorial board member of BlackCommentator.com and a former senior staff person with the AFL-CIO, Fletcher assesses the damage suffered by the U.S. labor movement resulting from last week's Supreme Court ruling in the Janus v. AFSCME case where 40 years of precedent was overturned, finding that nonunion members cannot be forced to pay agency (or fair share fees), to public sector unions.

4) David M. Kotz, Professor of Economics at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst -- and Alexander Buzgalin, Economics Professor, Lomonosov Moscow State University and Director, Center for Modern Marxist Studies, discusses "Russia and the West: To Prevent a New Cold War," recorded at the 2018 Left Forum conference in New York City June 2, 2018.
