1) Brenda Shum, director of the Educational Opportunities Project with the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law talks about the Trump administration's plan to redirect resources at the Justice Department to investigate and sue U.S. universities over affirmative action admissions policies found to be "discriminating" against white applicants.

2) Jackie Vimo, an attorney and economic justice policy analyst with the National Immigration Law Center, examines the proposed RAISE Immigration Act that would dramatically reduce the number of legal immigrants permitted to enter the U.S. annually.

3) Gabriel Hetland, Assistant Professor of Latin American, Caribbean and Latino Studies and Sociology at the State University of New York at Albany assesses the recent controversial vote in Venezuela for a new Constituent Assembly, and the overall political and economic crisis plaguing the country.

4) Hilary O. Shelton, Director of the NAACP Washington Bureau and Vice President for Advocacy and Policy, discusses the group's recent travel advisory issued for the state of Missouri, due to recent racist incidents and statistics indicating that African Americans are 75% more likely to be stopped and searched by police than Caucasian drivers there. He'll also explain the NAACP's condemnation of pending Missouri legislation, SB 43, that will make it more difficult to sue a business for race discrimination.
